Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all seals intact.
• Perfume oils are non-refundable once opened for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Refund

2. Once approved, ship the item to our return address provided in our confirmation email.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale.”
• Damaged products caused by improper handling by the customer.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for an exchange.
